Information for Victims

Voice and choice for those harmed by crime

We are sorry this happened to you. We’re here to listen, keep you informed, and support your engagement and healing as you choose.

Court Diversion and Tamarack programs respect the individual experience and choices of victims.

When law enforcement or a prosecutor refers a case to Court Diversion or Tamarack, they provide the name and contact information of any victims. Your information is confidential. We will not release any information to anyone without your consent.

To participate in the program, the person who committed the crime must take accountability for their actions. They must be willing to work to repair the harm they caused and to develop strategies to avoid similar situations in the future.

"The whole process was smooth, handled professionally and with care. It left me feeling better."
